Lol, the only one actually somewhat finished is Punskull/Skele-Puni... How does he look? Pretty Puni's eyes remind me of Miss Piggy. Yes, FUZZY PUNI!'s body really IS that small under the fluff; it has long legs. I am absolutely DREADING attempting to trace/vector-ify FUZZY PUNI!'s fluff and Scribbs's hair... Oh, and I remembered to add in Puuntail's leaf stem this time!

On a sidenote, wanna help me name these guys/gals? I'll list them top-bottom, left-right, in rows. ...Also their puns, because they're PUNIES, they all have punny names.

Pulled Dupli-Puni's colors right off of Doopliss, lol. Also used Doopliss to get the mouth shape right via tracing. LOOKIT THE FUZZY LITTLE SHEEPY/FUZZY PUNI!. IT'S SO FUZZY. Most of the blue is just there as a placeholder filler color, including the blue-and-cyan of Bluuni/Blooper Puni/"Bluupina", and, umm... I'm honestly not sure whether or not to give Dupli-Puni legs or to just have him float... :/

Oh, and I still need help naming these guys and gals~... Colors are for text color reference because I can. ^.^;

Hey, when I'm finally finished with the Puni Pile, would anyone be interested in seeing the Punies arranged in a way that they can all be seen clearly? ...Except Puuntail, most likely, because I can't quite figure out how to draw his full body/get the back-leaf to look right... How do I perspective, seriously. ^.^;

Iiiintroducing, now unobstructed by the Puni Pile. the Creepy Steeple and Twilight Town representatives of my Punis! Because why NOT realize that, hey, a bunch of these guys and gals fit the Crystal Star locations, and Punelipi's got her Crystal Star rainbow lights, sooo... This means I am probably going to go look at the PMTYD species for the Crystal Star areas and make a few MORE Punis... -.-; Most of these don't even have NAMES yet...! Anyway!

Teehee, yes, he can indeed look like a normal Puni if he so chooses. He just prefers to unnerve the heck out of people instead. I considered ditching his hat altogether in the 'normal' pic of him, but A I didn't feel like redrawing his antenna at all, and B, the hat is actually pretty cute in grayscale mode.

Yet another WIP progress update... Gosh do I get the weirdest ideas sometimes. I had the bright idea to try and theme at least one or two of each of these Punis to the areas where you get Crystal Stars.

So far, Dupli-Puni/"Pudini" represents Creepy Steeple,
Skele-Puni/Punskull represents Twilight Town,
Bluuni/Blooper Puni and Flower Puni represent Keelhaul Key,
Spiny/Spiky Puni represents the Glitz Pits,
Normal Puni is obviously Boggly Woods/The Great Tree,
FUZZY PUNI!* represents Poshley Heights/the train (you will see why soon enough),
Punelipi represents the Crystal Stars themselves (or, I guess, Rogueport, then?)
And I have no idea yet for Para-Puni, Pretty Puni, Glasses/Goggles Puni, and Big Puni...

As such, Flower Puni now has the color palette of the Putrid Piranha, Bluuni/Blooper-Puni is Blooper-colored with a bubble-themed glowball, and FUZZY PUNI!, well...

I need only say one word: SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORG!!!!!



...YEP, she (yeah, think I'll make her a girl) is now a Fuzzy-SMORG! Puni. A Smorg Whisperer, perhaps. At the very least, she can communicate with them, and I am probably going to go with the "she is the sweetest little thing ever but everyone is terrified of her anyway (especially since if she gets too upset her Magenta Smorg gets ticked off and she goes all RAGE MODE!)" idea.

.......So, the Magenta Smorg will have a lot of Ardent. Is it even possible to have two essentially mind-linked characters...? ^_^;

I am so so so so weird.

Sorry they're all kinda blurry and low-quality; they're pictures I took using my cellphone camera. ^.^; Also I edited the 'master post' for the Puni Pile members' names and stuff recently too, had more ideas and most-likely-gonna-be-this-but-still-tentative names... And Flower Puni is now possibly a Piranha Puni instead, or at the very least a (Putrid Piranha, to be specific) Piranha-Colored Flower Puni.

Speaking of Flower Puni (and the humanized version of her)... Hey. Todd. Looks like Pipet has more people to despise now than just DJ Sting, lol.
