Back on topic to the poem
Light, Life, and Mystery are obviously signs, and BB was Light. We know the burden of Light and Mystery, so maybe Clyde or Shyla is the other?

Until we actually see Life, we have no basis. But for now Shyla seems to be on the Mystery side. Clyde even foreshadows it. What's worse is that she is a shygal, a literal masked person creature. Mystery all over that. But the soda is sorta lifey.....until then we don't know though.

I did it with warp pipes, but I can't claim to have beaten it straight. I never managed to beat Mario Bros 3, though.

Now that we know about the Zodiacs, I'd say that Clyde is definitely Life. "Stray off the beaten path in your own pursuits?" Definitely Clyde.

And Shyla is obviously Mystery, which isn't mysterious at all.
