Re: Whatcha up to?
How about we stop burning ourselves for once.
I mean I am sure we have enough sense to stop putting our hands purposely on the methaporical diseased infernos right?

Cheeky, trueBug. I'll play along. As for why I'm here, I was simply attempting to check in with my clients. Are you finding everything to your liking?

*shrugs* I mean...I haven't seen anything happen yet. We have been stuck in menu-mode for quite some time. I am sure once we get outta there, we will see your handiwork in play.

Re: Whatcha up to?
Everything seems A-Okay for now. Personally, I don't like rushed relationships, but there's not much I can do about it as it stands.
...Hey, Chet, I have a question- a quick one.
...Has GS ever made a deal with you in the past? If client confidentiality is a thing, forgive me for intruding. It was a question of curiosity on my end.

Re: Whatcha up to?
There's many things I'm willing to do, but breaking the confidence of a client isn't one of them. Just as I wouldn't divulge any of your affairs to your mentor, I'm not about to let slip any of his to you. That being said, there's no reason to be sorry for curiosity. Don't let anybody tell you that's something to be looked down upon.
And Eversor, rushed is such a harsh word. Why don't we call it expedited? Would it really be such a tragedy if the line to your favorite roller-coaster suddenly just disappeared? You don't lose anything by cutting out the monotony and getting to the meat.

Re: Whatcha up to?
What, are you saying that if I asked that we stopped looking at Gestalts computer and instead got back to the meat of the story, that wouldn't be "rushed"?

No sir, I don't think he was. That may have just been an example on his part. Looking at Gestalt's computer is quite vital to understanding most of what is going on, I think what he meant was, if we were to ask you to skip that, it would feel sudden and unfavorable to most.
Of course, I could be wrong in said assumption, but that is how I viewed it.
So, Mr. Rippo, let me ask you a few more questions if I may. None of them are regarding past clients, past proposals, etc.
In fact, it is more in regards to our current in-progress deal. I realize that there may not be side effects considering, if I remember correctly, that one was just a freebie. Regardless, the point still stands.
You have improved one thing, a relationship. In order to do that, I recall that you would normally downgrade something as well. Who's relationship did you lower in order to do that? I suppose we will find out when we get the Relationshift Checker, but I would like to know beforehand regardless. Unless, that too is something that we should only find out for ourselves.
Also, I was the one that described it as "rushed" not Eversor.

Re: Whatcha up to?
Sorry for the mistake, Shailsnic. Sometimes it's hard to keep all you juniors straight, being that you're always so close together. As for my deal with your relationship improvement, there was no catch. You're right in recalling that I gave you that one as a freebie. You'll see in time that there was nothing downgraded in order to grant your request. The other requests made will indeed be trades, but nothing outside of the bounds of what was discussed before the deals were made. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I have to go for now... It seems your mentor is returning, at the very least in this odd little hub of communication you have going on. Don't worry, though...
I never forget my clients. We'll meet again soon.

Re: Whatcha up to?
I have been preparing for a wedding, job-hunting and doing some freelance design! (also, what up with the static posts floating about, yo? I haven't been gone long enough for the forums to actually implode on themselves, have I?)
Re: Whatcha up to?
Perhaps Idk, I been trying to pump up this jam, but have had little success.

I just got Paper Mario Sticker Star, and I am about to play it. It may not have Punis (as far as I know), but it's still Paper Mario.

Re: Whatcha up to?
I know how to play it, although I've never done it online.
Also, currently I am part of the UFG contest. That's taking up a lot of my free time. I takes a long time to get the sprites just right.

Hello all! Just wanted to check in on people, since the forum seems awfully quiet as of late. Anyone have any new project they've been working on?

Well, I've become a lot more active in the Homestrife game over on the MSPA Forums. Our new tech demo'll be out before the end of the month, and it might even have some level of playable Rose in it!
